This time of year when we are eating so much I like to have something for dinner that is a little lighter. I am making this steak salad. Any other time of year if I was not so rushed, I would do the homemade onions rings, but today I am just doing the salad portion of this recipe.
Of course, you can add any other vegetables to the salad. I am using a yellow pepper, some sliced red onion, and avocado. I am also using watercress and Boston lettuce instead of the lettuces in the recipe.
