Quick Pickled Red Onions and Radishes

I saw Jacques Pepin on The Chew two weeks ago.   He has published another cookbook and I ordered it.  This is the first recipe I have made from his new book.  

This recipe is so simple and with barbecue season on its way, this will be perfect with burgers, etc.



Old Fashioned Yeast Doughnuts

I use to make these for my daughters years ago.

Allow yourself about two hours because the dough needs an hour to rise and another 45 minutes on the sheet pan before frying  

Perfect for this cold spring day.

Enjoy them when they are fresh and warm.
